Except that they haven't. It's now over 4 days and a NPB is an active option.

OP, whatever the outcome, my sugestion is that perhaps you change everything to BIN with Immediate Payment required. That way you will eliminate all the hassle of non-payers 100% of the time.

I did this a couple of years ago and never looked back.

They buy, or they don't buy, there's no in between.

Plus I get the price I want which is a win-win situation all round.

Yes I realise it probably wasn't the best thing to do. No I didn't threaten a dispute, I just clicked the 'send payment reminder' button 12 hours later. He then replied saying he had three days. Today is day 4.

Cushincovers,

Excuse my ignorance, but what is BIN?

I changed most of my listings to auction as I had them sitting for 12 months so hoped by dropping the price and using an auction I may get somewhere between the starting bid and the buy now price

BIN = Buy It Now.

All my listings are set to BIN instead of Auction.

Aha! Thanks. I probably should scrap all the irrigation parts as no one is able to pay even half price for them so I just loose on fees.

Buy It Now. You can't require immediate payment on auctions.

Unfortunately we've all handled things in a way we regret and it's a case of live and learn.

Have you tried gumtree or buy & sell groups on facebook?

Yes your right.

No I haven't got Facebook and avoided using Gumtree as I wanted the security of eBay & PayPal. Plus Gumtree is a shocking interface to use.

What should be done with iPhones? I was hoping to buy and fix up some in my spare time and sell on but all I get is this! I though auction was better as I could see what the demand was.
