Thanks for the reassurance bakeandfry.

It has just elapsed to 5 days. I'm tossing up wether to leave it another day or just open a case. I understand I'll probably get a torrent of abusive messages if I do but they've had time.

By the way, is this the way to open a case?

You can either open the case or contact eBay as he's now NARU'd,(not a registered user),good.gif

So he can't use eBay from that ID,Zen.gif

To contact eBay:

This gives you their direct links without having to go through their rigmarole:

eg: Call us,Call me,Chat with us and Email us,(Call me seemsto be the best option).

http://ocsnext.ebay.com.au/ocs/cusr?query=1485

Just keep in mind that Call us or Call me option are only available

during business hours,(8 am to 9 pm Mon to Fri and 8 am to

5 pm on Sat and Sun).

So what caused him to get removed? All the reports everyone did?

My listing has gone with it too! If I click on the link it says it's no longer available or has been removed.

Now THAT is poetic justice Taz, serve him right..............................

I've also got two duplicate messages from eBay

So it looks like no further action is required? Thanks for everyone's help and advice over the past two days - much appreciated.

Now I'll change everything to BIN and see what happens.

A good outcome for you, celebrate tonight !!!!    original.gif

Well done Taz (and others) for the reporting on the dirtbag.

Thanks. What should I do to prevent these sort of buyers in the future?

Of course 1 is not to send a reminder a day after!

I guess it's not possible with the buy now option on BIN listings?

Although the eBay message says its in my Sold section, it's completely gone. That shouldn't matter should it?
