I bought a used shirt from the local op shop, and the tag says Givenchy Paris. I don't believe that it is authentic, but am I allowed to sell it on Ebay anyway?
If you know it's fake, no. If you list it and someone else says it's fake, you lose the shirt, plus the money and you'll probably get trashed feedback in the process. It's also an ebay policy violation to sell fake items.
