just for general info - i photograph the front of all of my addressed satchels with the tracking number and address label affixed visible and i've had a couple of item not received disputes through paypal which the tracking has shown as delivered.

paypal have accepted the photograph of the satchel showing address and tracking number as sufficient proof, when coupled with the lodgement receipt from the PO :]
