Can someone please refresh my memory on what is needed to start a business on eBay?
ABN,ACN,mission statment and there were a few other things??

A business account with them is all, I believe.
Note that you won't get any promos, free relists, etc

And if you are thinking to go business so as to not pay the new GST, it is only GST on eBay fees, not sales.

You don't need anything to open a store but if you want a business account with PayPal you'll need an ABN at least.
If you are trying to duck the gst you will need to be registered for same with the ATO.
