In the OP you mentioned that you did not think that Alice was AP....I was just pointing out that she posted here as a representative of AP.  It is human nature to blame the person who is representing an organisation that you have a problem with.

How many times have we seen it written on the boards to be pleasant to the paypal rep on the phone as they are not to blame for your problems with paypal.

redbook - You are right, some have doublted Alice's origin's. And Yes I will put my hand up - in the beginning (my beginning) on another id, I assumed Alice was an automated responder and said so. Alice (very politely I might add) pointed out the error of my assumption and I have been a fan since. :-x
