After you add the code you can then click the mobile checker and you should get the thumbs up from eBay 🙂
 
 

Just be aware that the above will cause your text to be very tiny.  What it is doing is assuming your page is 1000px and zooming it down to 320px this will cause the text to be very tiny and the user will need to pinch it to read the description.  Images are OK but text will be hard to read.
