This is doing my head in.  I haven't used ebay for a few months after turning off listings before going on holiday in July.  And I get back and the Listing editor has changed.  It seems slick and clean BUT gone is the ability to add my combined postage rule.  

I checked the postage settings and my combined rule is there ($2 plus 20c per additional item) but I have no way of adding it to my listings.  I've wasted two bloody hours, somebody help before this laptop impersonates a frisbee through a nearby window.

under postage I choose FIXED COST and add my rate but there is NOWHERE to select or chose or add the combined postage rule.
