Posting in the hope that someone here may know what the following tracking status on an international parcel might mean (package is coming via Toll).
Undeliverable (SEC): Delayed - Linehaul Schedule
I googled but while there's a few things that explain the linehaul departure bit, there's none that refer to the Undeliverable (SEC) bit. I rang Toll to try and find out, but they said I needed to contact their global office and they're not open over weekends.
There shouldn't be anything in the package that would be of concern to customs, the contents consist entirely of metal, glass and plastic, and all products I've ordered countless times before. ![]()
TIA

poked around a little bit -" undeliverable (sec): " seems to precede any delays etc from toll with the reason following it.
I would translate "undeliverable (sec):" as "your stuff is gunna be late because:"

Thanks, that's a bit of relief (anomalies tend to make me a little anxious, usually unnecessarily
, but one involving "undeliverable" was difficult to allay
).
