HA! Australia Post ping pong. Gotta love it! You're lucky it didn't go via SA or WA too, as they sometimes do.

so funny..NOT......have parcels been sitting there at underwood qld since Friday (5/1/18) nothing has changed in 2018..i like to know who the manager for underwood qld sorting centre is. if there is one.

Have you opened an online enquiry? If they don't know about it, they can't do anything about it. I had a parcel stuck in one of the Sydney automated centres (not Chullora) and within 24 hours of opened an enquiry, it was found by a human and sent on its merry way.

have done in the past many times. sometimes its a help but most of the time its a waist of my time. it happens quite often and im quite jack of enquirying as they learn nothing from it.

After you open the enquiry and get a case number, ask the question on their facebook page. They seem to be allergic to public shaming and will make an effort to fix the issue.

It's probably a computer.....that still runs on Windows 3.1. Smiley Sad

If it ran on 3.1 it would be okay. Microsoft made working operating systems back then.
