Hopefully they start fixing this situation soon, as I envision many consciencious sellers would just get frustrated and give up on situations like this.

 

I think the problem is they didn't have professional people who could be bothered properly following up cases.  It gets passed around from staff to staff and departments. 

 

I didn't mind provided proof of purchase/authenticity, so much as they asked for the same documents again and again, and then more documents for different items!

 

I've uploaded a reply message I sent to them [my reply to "screen shot 2.jpg"], and the response from eBay ... I was pretty meticulous in my replies, so their cut and paste response was pretty frustrating [see "message and ebay reply.jpg"]!

 

Makes a good story now though lol.
