You're not after feedback as I read your post but many members are responding regarding actual feedback.
That's why I said yes you can ask the buyers to let you know if the item has arrived.
as i allways use tracking this is not a big problem for me, but when i see an items delivered and dont get feedback i worry a little is this my first 'i'm not happy jan' moment.
when the items expensive and the buyer doesnt leave feedback i just cross my fingers and hope.
personally i leave feedback for every purchase regardless. usually the day the item arrives.

I get feedback for about 30% of my sales.
There was a complaint on the buying board a week or so ago, where people were complaining that they couldn't leave feedback for purchases. So maybe a bit of both.
I sell for money, not (hopefully green) dots. A lot of buyers, it would seem, do the same.
If I haven't heard from them, I assume they got their item.
