I closed my store perminitly yesterday but my syore is still open.i unsubscribed as per ebay instuctions but now have been charged for and extra month ?......................

"If you cancel or downgrade your monthly subscription in the first month you will be billed for that and the next month. Cancellations at any other time will be billed to the end of that month."

It's all under number 4, closing your store.

 

From what it says, if you closed your store on 1st July you'll be billed for the full calendar month of July.  I was under the impression you may only be billed until the 15th if that's when you usually get billed.
