I've had unlimited maximum $1 on Sundays for the last 9 weeks, and Saturdays/Sundays for I think the last 4. They can keep this up as long as they like, AFAIC. 

I'm only wondering whether everyone is getting it or whether it was related to high turnover or sales.

I don't have high turnover, but seem to get it each week. I thought everyone got it, but apparently that isn't the case.

I don't get any offers on this account which shows as top seller all ratings at 4.9% out of 5. Ebay seems to ignore this one.

No. Once they relist, normal FVFs apply.

That's why I don't have the auto relist box ticked on items I list for  the $1 promo. It means I can relist them each weekend so they stay qualified for the promo.
