On a PC if you click on My eBay your activitiy lists will appear on the screen (in whichever order you have elected to have them in) and you can just scroll down to Promotional Offers.

For example this is how mine appear:

* Active selling

* Unsold 

* Scheduled

* Sold

* Returns
* Saved drafts

* Promotional Offers 

It is in "Promotional Offers" you will find the FREE LISTINGS promos.

i didnt relist them with the $1 FVF on the weekend, i hope i get another zero fees offer on wednesday (usually it turns up the day after items end.)
