This one is hard to spot (different power plug) but the most obvious beside the removal of the stickers. I only spotted it after closely comparision.

There's more.
Compare the lines on the board around this area- unless my eyes are deceiving me, on the original, the lines are vertical, on the buyer's, they are diagonal (on the right side of the IC logo)

This detective work is kinda fun (and is hopefully helpful to the OP, too!)
Your close-up, Digi, made me think to check the screws. With regard to the one to the left of the white ASUS logo - the screw holes are in different positions on each board - on the original they are in a very clear "X" position, whilst in the buyer's, they are in a "+" position. I don't believe you need to turn the screws to insert the card - I think that, rather, they hold together the card components (doesn't it just slot in, OP?). If you don't need to turn the screws, then that's an obvious difference, too.

I've had someone attempt to defraud me before, with clear evidence, and Ebay automatically took their side. All I did was point out to Ebay that by supporting the fraudster and thus being complicit in fraud, I was going to make a complaint to not only police but to the relevant governing body (ACCC, ombudsman or something, I can't quite remember). They pretty quickly gave my money back. I was still really peed off that the ahole actually got away with it but I had my money back so I moved on.

The ones on the burnt out ones actually join and the one above doesn't,(clearly not the same card).
Maybe just ask for a close up photo of that area,

But be sure to specify it needs to include the burned section, though, as otherwise they could just supply a close-up photo of the seller's board.

Slightly clearer view,(which as Digi said is completely different and there is no way that they could be the same
card),
Theirs would/could be an earlier version of the same card?

So I just got off the phone with Ebay, extremely frustrated. Rep told me that I had accepted the return which I told them I didnt it was automatic accepted then she said you invited the buyer to to return the item which I agrued your rep advisded me to follow the return process then I can appeal. Solution to contact the buyer and offer partial return. WHAT??? Why should I offer this scambag partial return? I told your from the beginning that the item I recieved is not the same one I sold and I can show you the differences
After 30 minutes of agruing and on holds. I finally given appeal case number.
and this
Case # is now closed

1. Request a call back (do not call them - when you request a call back, you seem to get a higher level of service)
2. Ask to speak to a supervisor.
