michelle, I just looked at a couple of your listings and they are marked "immediate payment required" You cannot give combined postage for immediate payment items.

I have just put two of your books in the cart (the ones with postage costs, obviously) and I am getting the "request total" button. Ask the buyer if they are using a phone.
