Your item location is showing as Sydney Australia so not sure what you're asking.

Yes I am in Australia, but I have seen other ebay stores that say Australia for there location not ie Sydney, Brisbane etc

I think it's due to what is (or isn't) entered into the location filed when listing, but I wouldn't bother trying to change now to be honest, because soon it will be a requirement to enter a valid postcode in each listing so that the exact suburb (or most common one associated with each postcode), will be displayed in listings.
