Yes, if promos are going to work you can always tell up to two days beforehand. I regularly go through the expired promos in my promo section, but I think only the $1 weekend one is keeping the same number at the moment and all the others are new numbers, which makes it harder to find them ahead of time.
Runs for three days (28th to 30th). No insertion fees, all other fees still apply. Single quantity listings. Was on my other ID and I have no idea whether it applies to stores or not.
