I wonder if affected customers will be eligible for a refund of any extra $ paid for tracking seeing as that tracking is not being provided?

It's been happening for many months on my international parcels SLR, and they have only been scanned at my LPO when delivered there.

I only saw the notice when I tracked a parcel that is on its way to me.

I did a quick look at the Selling board and couldn’t see anything about it.  That’s why I started this thread.

At least the girls at my LPO are on the ball, kudos to them...................they often have my parcel on the counter before I get to the front of the queue as well !!!!

I can tell you that the pay is sh!t and the working conditions not much better!

And not to mention the sales are up the sh$t as well according to some.
