Thank you. From this link, I could get to the Ended listings that Dave suggested, but which had never shown in any of the other pages I looked at. And from the Ended page, I can now do bulk relists.
If you were in My Ebay then you were never using Seller Hub. It sounds as though you never opted in to it, which is what you did when you clicked on the link you were just given.
