Try two years, I have lost count long ago on how many months it has been since I received more than the basic 40 listings. I guess someone on here will know as I would have replied in shock that something actually worked. I'm guessing mid 2017 actually was the last time I had a promotion as it seems to coincide with a post I made in August that year where I had a free listing promo but an auction bypassed it and took one off the 40 instead.

One of my accounts is exactly the same- only the 40. It hardly ever gets the promotions. My other accounts do get them, I just don't know why that one always misses out.

That one's strange. When I click on accept it says "Unfortunately, you can no longer sign up for this promotional offer because it has expired." even though it clearly says runs until the 6th.

That's because when you click on the link it ends up taking you to a different promo (7667 or something like that).
