In detailed feedback ratings you have 'Criteria', 'Average Rating' and 'Number of Ratings'.
What does it mean when the numbers are eg:- 82, 84, 82 & 81 and not all the same?

Number of Ratings refers to the specific number of times a rating of between 1 - 5 stars has been given for any of the four points listed. Sometimes a buyer won't add any stars, but a star will be automatically added by eBay for, say, postage (if choosing Free postage), so you end up with one 5 star for postage and no other stars for that transaction. That's why the numbers can sometimes differ.
