Not possible. All you can do is wait until you don't meet the requirement which I think is 100 items and $3000 dollars per year.

It's evaluated every month. Hover over account tab, select seller dashboard and check there.

Hi i closed my shop about three weeks ago and have now been given a power seller status which i don't want how do i remove that please.

lindy you may have ended your listings but you have not closed your store. it is still there, still costing $49.95 a month, just does not have any items in it.  You need to cancel your store subscription , and cancel any subscriptions to Selling Manager etc... to stop the fees.
