Australia post confusion internatuional

I chose to send a document International standard satchel and entered the dimensions provided in the postage setion of my listing. Yet I get an error message stating :

 

It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

  • International postage - Package dimensions exceeded maximum allowable limit for service Australia Post International Standard
  • How can this be and how do I get around it?

Have you perhaps mixed up mm with cms ?  With an A4 it would be 295mm x 210mm or 29.5cm x 21cm.

Have you noticed that most metric countries list dimensions in millimetres (including USA) while China uses centimetres.
