Had a problematic buyer who SCAMMED in INR return. He knew how to play the game and I called him out. I got over the top feedback bordering on libel. His Feedback Left For Others with littered with similar red comments.

Took me three goes with Customer Service to get it removed and he was placed under surveillance once I explained his tactics. He was a serial pest.

Don't put up with it, keep hammering until you find a decent CS operator.

#2. Buyer bought wrong part and blamed me for destroying his motorcycle. (He ordered wrong thread). Got the BIG RED feedback, again over the top. His Feedback Left For Others contained 75 negatives of the last 120 items he had purchased.

I suspected a mental health issue and again took to Customer Service and eventually got his feedback removed and his account flagged.
