flashback_deals  You may need to put your glasses on and re watch the add you refer to as being Quicksales, I have seen their ad many times and NO reference is made to what you say.

Maybe you will find its a different site you refer to.

it was grays online that was on TT - they've been around for ages and were
having a birthday bash sale thingy. Seems they didnt allow for the amount of
people interested and totally crashed their servers. like what did they expect
...  the possibility of a large TV for a dollar as well as heaps of other
designer stuff. Anyway basically it looks like nobody got anything,... they are
sorry will do it again in the future but now they have heaps of publicity. Seems
like a ploy to me

If the ebay business model changes then sellers have to adapt or look elsewhere for a platform to sell their goods.

i wouldnt buy anything of quibids - I think you have to pay a fee before you can buy of the site. you can buy of eBay with no fee 😄

And the OP is whinging about 7.9%? They need to realise if they were a business, 7.9% as a casual seller is chicken feed considering business traders may have tax and GST and everything else to slap on top of it
