How do i remove / delete shipping labels.I have been charged for these and I have refunded the buyer

hi 

 

How do I reverse / remove / delete Shipping labels. I ended up refunding 2 buyers and Ebay is charging me for the shipping labels which were never used.

You have to apply for a refund.....and wait several weeks for it to be processed.

AP has to be sure the labels were not used before they will refund.

In addition, you have only 5 days to cancel labels from the date you generate them.

 

May I ask why you are cancelling items that have effectively been sent?

I organised a full refund, including shipping for 2 x buyers and assumed this would cancel the entire order. I am new to using ebay shipping labels and did not realise you had to cancel the labels as well...until I recieved an invoice from Ebay. Anyone can se that these items have not been shipped.

If the labels were never used and your 5 days ( with ebay ) have expired

you can always try to get a refund out of AusPost.

Try ebay live chat first and plead ignorance. They 'might' be able to still help.
