Cannot purchase order with app. Have logged out logged in turned phone off back on checked updates used desktop site which allowed me to but but app still tells me I haven't paid for it and nothing elft my account I'm so suspect PayPal want work been like this for days never had problem in past

STill not working - do they want business or not?  I've tried deleting to re-install it and now it won't reload.

Try clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer.

 

Also if using IE as a browser switch to Firefox or Chrome.

I have trouble all the time I am totaly sick of it they do nothing to help you with your problems all you ever get is they will look into it THAT MEANS NOTHING IS GETTING DONE FOR YOU
