It's really easy. 'Send refund' is now listed in the actions next to the sold item/s, just click on that and answer what the refund is for and specify the refund amount. It will either be deducted from funds held, or if nothing is being held it will be deducted from your linked account where your payments are deposited. I've done a couple now and it's quick and easy.
