Have you contacted the seller? Better to discuss it with them than an eBay CS agent.

Party at Tucks place this weekend? Surely there's some of those pallets left. I'll bring the nibblies. Padi will bring the wagon wheels.

Duscusting service, they treat buyers like trash. I have been waiting over a month for an item and nothing. The item has not even left the US. 

 

I treid to contact the seller and by the internal system and all of a sudden the system was down. Tried to contact via chat and told the chat service are clsoed even though it is open at the time i contacted them. 

 

Already contacted my credit card company and started the cancellation of the charges. 

 

Last time ever using eBay too many issue over too many years and as someone mentioned above if you can chat with them you need to converse at a 4 year olds level. 

 

They just run you around in circles and you achive nothing. 

 

Disgusting at evvery level. 

 

 

Have you not heard about the HUGE international shipping problems and delays due to Covid? It is taking months to get overseas postage and many countries have restrictions even on whether post can even be shipped. It is not the sellers fault, nor can Ebay do anything about these problems.

Everyone is in the same boat, and most people know not to buy from overseas at this time.

The phones are no longer manned due to the virus -  most ebay people are working from home - use the online chat option instead.

No eBay representatives here, and never have been.

 

The title of this thread is a question, not an invitation.

 

Even without COVID you would have to go through the Help system, not the boards. Currently, as curra said, the only option is Chat.

 

OR, you could start a NEW thread outlining your issue and the very experienced members here might be able to help you.
