Hi thank you for your patience but now I am really starting to show how dumb I am.  I clicked on the link https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns link that you gave me and am having difficulty locating 'limited return postage offer' 😟 can you please tell me what I am doing wrong.  I do apologise.

On that page you need to log into your Paypal account then you see where to activate the offer.

"Start me up I'll never stop......"

Hiya  OK being a really dumb OAP I couldnt figure out what to do so I bit the bullet and contacted Paypal direct.  I explained everything and she was very very nice and has started things for me. So I guess I now wait to see what the seller will do.

A really BIG thank you to all who tried to help.  I guess all this technology just isnt for us older people.

😘

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Hi Padi  I saw that where it said $45 per return and 8 returns per year and 'thought' hmm that's not what I need.😳  I am sorry to have troubled you so much.  You are very kind & patience. Hopefully I won't be such a pest in future.

That was what you need.

As far as oldies go, I know at least one person who regularly posts here who is well over 70.

I'm only '56', so a spring chicken. Admittedly I did work in IT when Adam was a boy.

Speak for yourself.....not all older people have problems with technology.

Being an OAP does not mean your mind turns to mush!

What you have done hardly requires more than a basic knowledge of computers.

thank you for your observations. My mind isnt mush.  I cant think of anything rude to say to you

I did not say your mind was mush.....just that being an OAP does NOT turn your mind to mush.

Don't label all older people as being technically challenged.

But, Lyndal, she could be decades older than you.

In which case, her IT skills would be decades more out of date. And a Commodore 64 doesn't really lend itself to internet access, so be forgiving.

True, but anyone who wants to call me technicaly challenged because of my age will get a fight any day of the week.

The Commodore 64 was long before I started using a computer.Smiley LOL
