If you have tried clearing cookies and cache I would call Paypal and ask them if there is a problem. I presume your security is up to date and you haven't logged on to Paypal or ebay through an email link.

I think it's my security pin causing the problem as I changed my password but still had to sign in answering the personal questions instead of using my pin numbers. Also loading is very slow. Thanks
