how do I adjust an invoice when the customer has chosen to pay on pick up, then changed their mind?

you can re-issue an invoice, providing they haven't closed it at their end

They closed it at their end by choosing the free postage pay at pick up option. I asked them to request an invoice but I've found no options for this either

you will have to now send one directly through PayPal
