Get help with a hacked account

Click onto the link. At the bottom of that page there will be an option to phone ebay. (eBay's call centre is generally speaking not available during this pandemic, but for hijacked/hacked accounts, there is still a phone option.)

Use the "Have us call you" option for preference.

If you have been hacked, you need to change your password, not delete your account. Besides, an account can't be shut down for 6 months after any activity. Much easier just to change your password and move on.

Follow the relevant procedures for Item Not As Described.

If you had read the title to this thread and some of the responses, you would have realised how to contact eBay. Responders here are NOT eBay employees we are just members like yourself.

Go to the link below, scroll to the bottom and use the "message us" function, if the seller can't help you.

Ebay does not read these boars and even if they did they will not respond to any questions.

They will definitely not ring you.
