Get on to Chat and tell them the same as what I've written above.

It's so crazy that they would penalise a seller who has sent an item as ordered to the address given.

My only other thought is to get hold of your bank and ask them to look into it.

Chatting now with eBay, paymnet now are all handled by eBay no more Paypal. Sigh
