I am baffled and severely annoyed by this ongoing problem! About half of my photos are SO cropped, you can't even see what they are in the list view, and you have to actually go into the listing and click on the pictures to see them properly. Not that many people would bother doing that if the initial listing pic is indeciferable.
What's also frustrating is the apparent inconsistency. This link shows the listing view of two skirts. One is ok (grey one), one is too cropped (coloured one), although at least you can still see it.
