You can sell on behalf of another company, but only if you apply to become a registered representative of the company that owns the registered name and product line.

 

If you were purchasing from China and getting it re-branded to sell here, that is illegal.


Yes - I assumed that the red part was speculative and not confirmed reality, so I was just trying to reassure the OP that if they were:

 

1. a registered representative with the relevant rights,

 

or

 

2. not a registered representative and not trying to pretend that they are

 

.. then they haven't done anything wrong and therefore stand a chance to have the decision overturned.
