For the record, NEVER post your phone number on a public board like this! You're likely to be contacted by eager scammers happy to have your contact information.

To speak to eBay, you will have to use the Chat facility; eBay's phone number to speak personally with eBay CS reps has not been available for months as the call centres have been closed due to the pandemic.

I suggest you start a new thread on the Buying Board and give a lot more detail so the responders can give you the correct advice.

Obviously reading and comprehension are not your strong point.

eBay DO NOT read here, the title of the thread shows it's a thread showing members HOW TO CONTACT eBay CS.

... and it is in 'selling', which could be a hint about relevance to buyers.
