It's really reassuring and "quaint" hearing roosters crowing in the background of your Ebay customer help rep who's working from home when they tell you they want your Govt ID & banking details..They struggle to be coherent or fail to understand clear communication For the money they take from us and this level of service It's an embarrassment What Next? Tin cans & string for the “updated” EBay communication network **bleep**-a-doodle -do indeed

The obvious thing to do would be to contact your seller. Go to the listing page and on the RHS is "contact seller" in blue.
