have been doing my entries from business hub and their receipts have  different website link - austpost.com.au/mysay , but today when I again tried to enter receipt from the local AP agency the link they give still does not work!!!!  So , I thought I bump this topic, just in the case people may need it 🙂

I've just looked on the receipt and there's no 7 digit number. 😞

Does it only apply for actual post offices or are agencies (in this case it's in a newsagent) included?  I only visit my local 'real' post office if I have no choice (collect parcels etc) as the parking is hopeless and there are usually long queues to get served.

I think the issue is why AP needs the feedback and is offering a prize for leaving it.   

Could it be the serious need to improve their performance and reputation?    

Which could be automatically improved by firstly supplying a proper link.  . . . 

my docket today said auspost  NOT ausTpost

so I got my entry in
