Very soon, PayPal will not be an option at all for 99% of sellers as eBay as been introducing Managed Payments for over a year for sellers which 'replaced' (for want of a better word) PayPal

buyers can still pay for an item using PayPal even with the introduction of Managed Payments.  The difference is that the payment is made to eBay/Ayden and not the seller’s PayPal.
