I won't go on facebook either, mainly because once you subscribe no matter how hard you try you can't UNsubscribe.

Yes you can.. You can deactivate your account; Facebook keep your account open for 2 weeks in case you change your mind, after the two weeks if you haven't used it your account is deactivated.. 

You can also remove yourself from a group, just as you can on eBay

We accept anybody however not everybody is going to find the discussion interesting. 

Santar Claus joined us yesterday .... but so far he hasn't posted. I think he is watching to see who is being naughty and who is being nice. 😉
