if you go to your my eBay page, All Selling, at the bottom of the page you will see the start and end dates of your 30 free listing offer, along with how many you have used up and how many you have left. and remember it's sometimes set to usa times, so you usually cant use on the 1st day until it is that date in usa (1/2 a day difference usually)
