I am trying to add new listings, have successfully transitioned to managed payments and this is the error message I am getting

Have you tried the usual "fix" of clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer ?

Whenever I get random issues on various sites I use another browser.

Also make sure whatever browser you're using is up to date.

If you transitioned very recently, it may take up to 24 hours to take effect.
