Yes and no. When I scan one item, the whole sale goes away into the paid and sent section. Technically it has only been applied to the one item and if I want to add it to the others I have to view all sales. I don't normally bother though. It has been added to the transaction, so I have all the reference info I need if there is an issue later.

It does not show up in the "tracking not uploaded" monthly email, so eBay must consider the sale as a whole tracked. It has not been an issue so far, but cut and paste would be faster if there are more than 2 or 3 lines in a sale and you want to put it on each.
