Ebay Invoice

Hi 

I am new to ebay, I had  a listing for Australia which sold to an US account but I have not received any payment or further communication from buyer, and the item automatically removed from listing. Now , I have received an ebay invoice with value of  11.98 AUD via email and even the link to invoice does not work, please advise.

You will need to contact eBay CS through the link below, scroll to the bottom and use the "chat with us" option.

After not receiving payment, did you cancel the order?

If you didn't, then Ebay will still send you an invoice for the fees
