Returning Items

Hello, I recently sold an items which the buyer wasn’t happy about so I refunded them by other means of payment. My question now is how do I close the return request as we are both happy that they got there money back.

The buyer needs to close it. If they don't, it will eventually time out. Did they return the items?

 

Edit: Given the prices of a lot of your sold items, I seriously hope the items were returned. Otherwise the buyer has got a lovely expensive freebie, which they'd be rubbing their hands together about. It's highly likely the buyer was after a freebie, which hopefully they didn't get if they returned the items.
