Well, what does it say in your Seller Hub - Payments tab? For new sellers, the hold can be between 21-30 days, unless delivery is confirmed earlier.
You had 2 pickup items - why didn't they pay cash?
Since they didn't, the procedure is that the buyer will get a QR code and a 6 digit code which you then enter into the Ebay app on your side to confirm pickup.
