Those Aus Post small satchels are too small for my needs.

The satchels I buy are 28x38cm and work out cheaper than your rate for a larger size.

But that's still not a bad deal overall.

Thanks for that, I will look into the plain satchels & see if they suit us.....a dollar saving is profit.

Why not look at it as a chance to drop your prices ........... and maybe make more sales ?

We concentrate on profit.  Dropping prices means more sales are required to make the same profit.
